Blah. Whatever. Read it if you want to.

Okay, I’m not exactly your new era open-minded girl, nor am I the old fuddly-duddly conservative type. But still, there are certain things that I dislike about couples with public displays of affection.

1) Those on the MRT.

There’s alot of such couples hugging and kissing on the train. Well, not that I really feel bothered by the actions, it’s WHERE and WHEN they are doing that can make a bad impression. Well if they were the type to lean at the sides of the doors I’d still think everything’s okay. I don’t like particularly those that lean on the pole right smack in between the space between the train’s doors during peak hours. Do they need to hog the entire pole to themselves? What are they thinking? Oh man, get real, don’t get lost in each other’s eyes when the entire world is staring daggers into your heads.

2) Those touchy-feely types.

yeah I’ve seen couples who are very touchy-feely, reaching slightly underneath their girl’s tops and rubbing the girl’s back or waist. Do you have to show that to the entire world, guy? While the occasional ‘hand-brush-over-the-butt’ is still okay to me, but reaching underneath and rubbing her waist doesn’t look too nice (to me, of course. I’m not so sure what the girl’s thinking.)

3) Couples on the bus

Nope, it’s not the sweet-whispering, soft giggling or kissing or hugging that bugs me. It’s the type of guys that stand with big bag on body, big plastic bags on hands, and yet still INSISTS to put their arm around their girl’s shoulders that puts me off. When the bus moves the plastic bags kept smacking me on the arm. Oh yeah, not to forget the girl has a big bag herself which swings towards me throughout the bus journey home. They were also blocking the passageway and this lady passenger had to say "EXCUSE ME" loudly so that they can hear. Then they HAD to find seats to sit TOGETHER and if they had to stand, they HAD to stand together. You think you two are fried doughsticks youtiao or what?

Be cuddly all you want people, it is your freedom, but please be in the right place and situation too.
